I had a blast skiing in CO! I normally ski in Vermont, so this was a big change, from the sheer size of the mountain to adjusting to the altitude. The best part was the view... and taking my workout outside for a change! ; )
Sunday - Rest Day
Monday- An hour of abs!
1 minute plank with 35lb plate on back
35 extended crunches
Around the tire push-ups (12 total)
20 lateral rope swings
3 pull-up/toe touches
20 lateral wall balls
15 tricep dips
25 skater lunges
Plank walk across the room (feet on towels)
45 seconds of ketllebell dead lifts
Tuesday- Practiced with my new Plexus Wheel!
Wednesday- Gym Workout
EMOTM (Every minute on the minute) for 8 minutes total:
5 dead lifts
25 Chest presses
50 TRX Rows
25 Ball slams
Thursday- Gym Workout
4 Rounds total:
:30 Handstand hold
10 heavy get-up sit-ups ( I used a 35 lb. Kettlebell)
10 toes to bar
8 strict shoulder presses ( I used the 45 lb. bar)
Friday- Skied on Breckenridge Mountain!
Saturday- Skied on Breckenridge Mountain!
