To give you a sneak peek into what I do in a week, I'll be posting the structure of my workouts from Sunday to Monday. You'll see that every week is different and no workouts are alike!
Sunday- Rest day
Monday - Home workout:
EMOTM for 11 Minutes: 14 Squat jumps + 7 burpees
Rest 2 minutes then 10 minutes of core:
3>x 3 hip taps
3>x 3 single leg bicycles (each side)
3>x 3 power sit-ups
Tuesday- Gym Workout:
EMOTM for 8 minutes: 6 walking push-ups + 4 burpees + 4 power cleans with a 35lb plate
Rest 2 minutes then 3 rounds for time:
250 meter row
10 hang cleans
10 goblet squats
.20 mile sprint
10 high box jumps
Wednesday- 20 minutes of mobility work focusing on my hips and then three 5-minute ab AMRAPS:
Thursday- Group Fitness class at my gym (The Darien Y) + 7 rounds of 3-4 pull-ups with 1 minute rest between each

Friday- Group Fitness class at my gym. There were 10 Stations total and we did each for 1 minute, 3 rounds through!
Saturday - Traveled to Singapore (I honestly don't know how many hours I sat still, but it was a lot!)
