Happy 4th of July!
Remember those Firecracker Popsicle's that died your tongue (shirt, lips and hands) red and blue?
These yummy Popsicle's were a favorite back in the day, when the sun got hot, and it was time for a cool snack. Then, I didn't recognize or even care about what they were even made of... fruit, ice and syrup maybe? Well, tuns out it's more than just sugar-water, take a look if you you dare. Sadly, these sweet pops are not that wholesome.
Good news though, they are FAT-FREE! That's a JOKE! If you've read my Almond Buttered Berries post, you know my love for FAT.
For real though, I've got you covered with this healthy rendition of Firecracker Popsicle's. This version is made with berries, honey and coconut -That's it! The fat from coconut will help you stabilize your blood sugar and absorb vitamins from the berries, which also provide a great amount fiber.
Oh, and you'll still have that colorful tongue and a happy fit belly!
