“What do you do for a workout, Jess?” - This is a question I get asked frequently and I love answering it because it always varies. I am going to provide you a sneak peek into what my workouts look like for a random week, but before I do, remember that everyone is different. There is no one workout or routine that fits all, however, I am a big believer on keeping your workouts mixed. Here’s why:
I had a blast skiing in CO! I normally ski in Vermont, so this was a big change, from the sheer size of the mountain to adjusting to the altitude. The best part was the view... and taking my workout outside for a change! ; )
