When I was asked to move Jermaine Morgan, one of Darien Y’s Personal Trainers who weighs in around 245/250lbs of pure muscle, plus 2 added 25lb plates on the sled for a photo, I said, “There’s no way in HELL that I’ll be able to push this!” I immediately decided that it was out of my range. And, I didn’t want to disappoint myself after coming so far in reaching some of my personal fitness goals.

Don't take that too literal, you still need exercise and physical activity in your life to tone up and build muscle for sure. BUT, if you want to see those defined lines and groves in your midsection you can’t dismiss your diet. That's a fact.
When you hit the gym solo and are about to perform your own exercises, replicate a workout you saw on social media or even challenge yourself to the WOD (workout of the day) written on the wall at your gym, it’s best to make sure you get a proper warm-up in.
